Exchange, Refund and Returns Policy
- How many days will I get to exchange a product?
ans: Exchange is applicable within 3 days in case of stock availability (You have to pay exchange delivery fee). - Exchange delivery fee?
ans: Inside dhaka city 120 BDT, Sub-area 150 BDT, Outside dhaka 225 BDT. - Is there any return policy available?
ans: Return policy is applicable at the time of delivery. A customer can return the parcel by paying the delivery charge only. - What happens if I receive a faulty item?
ans: If you receive a faulty item, kindly get in touch with us within 24 hours and we will exchange those product. - Dissatisfied with the quality and none of the sizes fit?
ans: You have to send the products to our office address or return at the time of delivery, after receiving the products we’ll check and refund the products price (If you have paid any amount of the products).
